Memorials

The memorial to commemorate the dead from WW1 and WW2 is in the form of a stained glass window by William Morris and can be found inside St. George's church.

Ticknall's memorial map which commemorates the 100th Anniversary of the start of WW1, and those Ticknall men who served and those who were killed in WW1 is located in the garden of Ticknall Village Hall.

There is also a small memorial to those who served and died from the congregation of Ticknall Baptist Chapel, which is now a private house. The memorial plaque is now located in Ticknall Methodist Chapel.
